We want you to be absolutely happy with your Yummz Seasoning purchase. Because our products are food items, we generally don’t accept returns for items you’ve simply changed your mind about. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.

What If Something’s Wrong?

If you receive a product that is damaged, or if we made a mistake with your order, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

How to Tell Us About a Problem:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • In your email, please include:
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the problem (e.g., damaged product, wrong item).
  • If possible, attach photos of the damaged product or the error.

What We’ll Do:

Once we receive your email, we’ll review the situation and get back to you with a solution. Depending on the problem, we may:

  • Send you a replacement: We’ll ship a new, undamaged product to you as quickly as we can.
  • Issue a refund: If a replacement isn’t possible, or if that’s what you prefer, we’ll refund the cost of the damaged or incorrect item to your original payment method.
